Founder Associate Talent Pool (for HV Portfolio Companies)

As a Founder Associate, you’ll work directly with the founding team of a fast-growing startup, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a business. You’ll act as a versatile problem-solver and project owner, supporting the CEO or founders on a wide range of strategic and operational priorities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the CEO or founders on strategic projects, market research, and business analysis

• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring follow-through on key priorities

• Preparing investor materials, board decks, and internal communications

• Managing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes

• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and people operations

• Taking ownership of special projects and process improvements

• Acting as a trusted go-to for the founding team, ready to jump into new challenges as they arise

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years’ experience) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred)

• Strong analytical and organisational skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German a plus)

• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and fast-paced environments
