Job description

This is not a direct application to a single company. We are not hiring on behalf of any one company, but are happy to facilitate introductions to founders actively seeking strategic talent.

As a Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic right hand to the CEO or C-level executive, driving impact across the business.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading and executing cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to delivery

  • Creating company-wide alignment through planning, communication, and reporting systems (e.g., OKRs, dashboards)

  • Supporting investor communications, fundraising activities, and board preparation

  • Acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team, identifying blind spots and improving decision-making

  • Optimizing processes and driving operational excellence across teams

  • Leading or assisting in hiring, people operations, and culture-building efforts

  • Managing special projects and acting as a trusted advisor to the founder or executive team

Job requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, tech, or a startup operator role

  • Exceptionally organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Comfortable with both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution

  • Startup-curious or founder-minded, this role is often a launchpad to CEO/founder or VP roles

What Success Looks Like

  • Within your first 90 days, you’ll have mapped and optimized key decision flows, launched a new executive reporting cadence, and delivered a board-ready strategic initiative

  • By month six, you’ll be the go-to integrator for the leadership team, driving alignment and execution on the company’s most critical priorities
